What sizes do you offer?
I offer four sizes: 4oz (118ml) for $9.95, 8oz (237ml) for $15.95, 12oz (355ml) for $19.95, and 24oz (710ml) for $39.95. The larger sizes offer better value! Note: Assuming daily showers, it takes about 1 month to use up a 4oz bottle, 2 months for an 8oz bottle, 4-5 months for a 12oz bottle, and 8-10 months for a 24oz bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes anywhere from 2-7 business days. For Boston-area customers (Quincy, Dorchester, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge), I offer $5 hand delivery within 2 days!
Do you offer subscriptions?
Soon! you will be able to subscribe to any product and save 10% on every order. You can choose delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days. Cancel anytime from your account.
What is your return policy?
I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact me for a full refund or exchange.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! All my shower gels are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Every product is 100% plant-based.
What ingredients are in your shower gels?
Aqua (Water), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Coconut oil, Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Coconut Oil Derived), Passiflora Edulis Seed Oil (Passion Fruit Oil), Hydrolyzed Silk Protein, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Oryza Sativa (Rice Bran Oil), Ethylhexylglycerin (Glycerin-Based Natural Preservative), Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Oil (Acai Berry Oil), and Essential Oils (fragrance).
Can I use discount codes with subscriptions?
Subscriptions already include a 10% discount, so additional discount codes cannot be combined. However, one-time purchases can use any active promo codes!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
What if I have sensitive skin?
The Baby Powder scent is specially formulated for sensitive skin. But all my products are gentle and pH-balanced. I do recommend patch testing if you have specific concerns.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
How should I store my shower gel?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. My shower gels have a shelf life of 24 months.
